I found this in a Satyananda Yoga Journal from 2001 and wanted to share it with you. I think it is a timeless piece of philosophy. The following was said by Mahatma Ghandi:

I need no inspiration other than mother nature’s. She has never failed me yet.

She mystifies me, bewilders me, sends me into ecstasies. Beside God’s handiwork, does not man fade into insignificance? Have I not gazed at the marvellous mystery of the starry vault, hardly ever tiring of the great panorama?

In order to be truly great, art must be universal in its appeal, like the beauty of Nature. It must be simple in its presentation and direct in its expression like the language of nature.

When I admire the wonders of a sunset or the beauty of the moon, my soul expands in the worship of the creator.
